Boston
The Harvard Allston Land Company (HALC) issued a request for proposals in June of 2019 for the development of a 14-acre parcel in Boston. HALC, the entity responsible for Harvard University's planned Enterprise Research Campus, is seeking a single partner with an integrated team of architects, engineers, construction managers, government-relations personnel, and financiers for the project. Uses planned for the area and approved by Boston’s development authority include:
- 400,000 sf of lab and office space
- 250,000 sf of hotel and conference center space
- 250,000 sf of residential space
- 900 total parking spaces
Envisioned as a vibrant neighborhood offering a variety of lifestyle amenities, the mixed-use district will act as the gateway to a 22-acre commercial zone that will be developed in a second phase of construction.
