Attovia Therapeutics is relocating to 26,000 sf at Brittan West, a recently completed life sciences center in San Carlos, Calif. JLL acted as leasing agent for the facility, which will enable the company to expand its research activities and accelerate the creation of novel biotherapeutics for immune-mediated diseases. Access to world-class amenities will enhance collaboration and optimize the employee experience.
Designed by HGA, Brittan West was developed by Prince Street Partners, Premia Capital, and L&B Realty Advisors. The 172,700-sf complex features 16-foot ceiling heights and extensive glazing that transmits natural light to interior spaces. Outdoor balconies and terraces serve as additional settings for interaction, complemented by a welcoming ground floor with a café. Located on the San Francisco Peninsula, the three-story structure benefits from excellent transit connections, ample bike storage, and two levels of underground parking.
