Evergreen Bioscience Innovation Cluster is planning to construct a 77,000-sf research center in Spokane. Designed by ALSC Architects, the four-story facility will offer 55,000 leasable square feet of space where growing companies can engage in collaborative discovery. State-of-the-art wet labs supported by robust infrastructure will accelerate the discovery of new therapies, complemented by a range of collaboration spaces and office environments.
Featuring specialized suites for prototyping medical devices, the Evergreen Bioscience Innovation Building will also promote the development of a skilled workforce with areas for instruction and training. The sustainably designed structure will be delivered for an estimated construction cost of $65 million. A project timeline has yet to be determined.
