Targeting both LEED Gold and Fitwel certification, the highly sustainable facility will feature all-electric HVAC infrastructure to optimize energy performance and reduce carbon emissions. McCarthy Building Companies is the general contractor for the project, which represents a significant expansion of the burgeoning Sorrento Mesa biotechnology cluster.
