The project is designed by BDP to catalyze the growth of the life science industry in northeast Scotland and accelerate the creation of new therapeutics and healthcare technologies. The first phase of construction is slated for occupancy in 2021. Other partners include the University of Aberdeen, Robert Gordon University, NHS Grampian, and Scottish Enterprise.
