Peoria, Ill.
Bradley University is constructing the $100 million Business and Engineering Complex in Peoria, Ill. Featuring flexible learning spaces to promote interaction, the 270,000-sf facility will house the Foster College of Business, the Caterpillar College of Engineering and Technology, and the Institute for Innovation through Collaboration. Designed by Dewberry with Research Facilities Design (RFD) as laboratory design consultant, the five-story building will feature extensive internal and external glass to enhance the visibility of programs and provide natural light. The complex will offer 200 offices, 28 classrooms, 8 computer labs, and 48 specialized labs. Completion is expected in fall of 2019.
