Exact Sciences Breaks Ground on Madison Headquarters

Published 8/31/2018

Exact Sciences broke ground in August of 2018 on its new corporate headquarters in Madison, Wis. Located in the University Research Park developed by UW Madison, the five-story, 138,000-sf Innovation One facility will be fully leased by Exact Sciences. The $60 million project was designed by Valerio Dewalt Train Associates and is being built by general contractor Findorff. A two-story connecting structure will link the facility to the company's adjacent 48,000-sf laboratory building, creating an integrated innovation campus for collaborative research on the early detection of colorectal cancer and associated conditions. LEED sustainable certification will be sought for the project, which is slated for completion in early 2020.
