The University of Aberystwyth is planning to build the $62.5 million Innovation and Enterprise Campus in Wales in the United Kingdom. The project will be located adjacent to the Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences (IBERS) and will support collaborative research and development with industry partners in areas including biotechnology, energy, agriculture, and health. Development of the campus is supported by $23 million in funding from the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) and $31 million in funding from the European Union.
