Speaking Applications Due by May 9th

Higher-ed, government, corporate, and academic medical campus and building planners need your expertise! Forge new connections by providing the project examples, costs, and expert testimony they need to optimize the use of capital, pivot space plans, and support high-value programs and sustainable operating models.

You may include these (or your own creative elements) in support of those objectives:

  • Decision making for master plans
  • High-value facility repurposing initiatives
  • Realigning programs and spaces: Public, administrative, teaching, and research

  • Streamlined and faster processes for project planning and execution

  • Flexibility for the future – solid trends to plan for
  • Facility condition analysis – new decision to extend building lifecycles
  • Small capital spends that reduce operating costs

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

To complete a speaking application, you will need:

  • Presentation title, one-paragraph summary, and up to four takeaway ideas
  • Speaker names, contact information, Bio/CV, and headshot images

Type of Presentation

Guest Speaker Presentation

If you represent an owner/end-user organization and your abstract is selected for a 25-minute Guest Speaker presentation is accepted, your registration fees are complimentary and travel reimbursement may be available. This type of presentation is limited to owner/end-user representatives only (maximum two speakers).

Breakout Session Presentation

If you are from an A/E/C, Consultant, Vendor, or Service Provider:

  • The speaking application process is competitive. Tradeline selects the topics that best meet the audience priorities.
  • If your application is selected there will be a sponsorship fee to secure the speaking spot: 
    ​$8,000 if Tradeline selects the topic to be presented twice (once on each day of the conference)
    $6,000 if selected for a one-time presentation
    (Breakout sessions are presented concurrently, so presenting twice allows participants two opportunities to attend, typically leading to a larger total audience.)
  • In addition you will need to register each speaker at the discounted rate of $2,175 per speaker (minimum one speaker and maximum four speakers).
