Employment Security Commission Builds Mooresville Office
The Employment Security Commission's new 7,500-sf office building in Mooresville will be constructed by Robert G. Snyder Contractors Inc. of Raleigh, as awarded by developer J.B. Harrison Properties LLC.
Ground Broken on Wake Forest University Baptist Medical's Cancer Center
Ground was broken on Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center's $75 million Outpatient Comprehensive Cancer Center in October 2001. The 257,530-sf facility is slated for completion in summer of 2003.
Boston University's Sports Center In Design Phase
Boston University has selected Cannon Design to design a new 6,000-seat basketball arena and a hockey facility. A student recreation center will include a three-court gym, a fitness area, leisure and competition pools, a climbing wall and a lobby area. A computer science lab and dormitory buildings are also planned for the University.
Rochester Institute of Technology Plans Sports Center
Rochester Institute of Technology has selected Cannon Design to design its sports and entertainment facility, including an aquatic facility and fitness center, three indoor field separations and a field house.
Texas Christian University Builds Student Recreation Center
Texas Christian University has selected the Washington office of Cannon Design to design its student recreation center. The project includes new construction, renovation and expansion. The football stadium and arena will be renovated and expanded with additional seating, concourse space and basketball offices. Additionally, a new field house may be constructed.
