Goldman Sachs is partnering with Hunt Realty Investments and Hillwood Urban to create a $500 million corporate facility in Dallas. Designed by Henning Larsen, the 800,000-sf building will feature purpose-built workspaces that foster collaboration and productivity. Flexible meeting venues on every floor will promote formal and informal interaction, enhanced by an onsite café, a conference center, and numerous terraces and gardens. Accommodating 5,000 employees, the highly transparent structure will comprise two wings with the tallest standing 14 stories high.
Sited on three acres in the NorthEnd mixed-use district, the sustainable development is located next to a new urban park. Balfour Beatty is the general contractor for the all-electric project, which is expected to achieve both LEED and WELL certification. Completion is expected in late 2027.
