XNRGY Climate Systems is planning to construct its US headquarters in Maricopa County, Arizona. Designed by Gensler, the $300 million facility will provide one million sf of advanced manufacturing space for the production of next-generation HVAC solutions. Accelerating research and development in key areas such as immersion cooling, the sustainably designed complex will enable XNRGY to meet growing demand in sectors including hyperscale data centers, life sciences, semiconductor cleanrooms, energy storage, and healthcare. Applying vertical integration, full automation, and eliminating supply chain delays will expedite product delivery and significantly reduce lead times compared to the industry average. Construction is slated to begin in June of 2022 with the first phase opening in summer of 2023. Completion of the entire development is expected in summer of 2025. A building site in Mesa or Chandler has yet to be determined.

XNRGY's innovative technologies are designed to reduce energy consumption, water usage, and carbon emissions. High-efficiency refrigerant systems are coupled with proprietary air-moving machines, augmented by thorough analysis of ISO vectors and pressure distributions. XNRGY uses Building Information Modeling (BIM) and computational fluid dynamics to prevent transient performance failures in mission-critical facilities. Globally headquartered in Montreal, XNRGY has committed to meet the requirements of the Paris Climate Accord by 2030, 20 years ahead of schedule.
