Princess Noura University Opens in Saudi Arabia

Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) opened in May of 2011 in Riyadh. Sited on 800 hectares, the campus includes 15 colleges, a 700-bed university hospital, and research centers for nanotechnology, biosciences, and information technology. PNU will officially open in 2012 as the largest women's university in the world. The project team included general contractors Saudi Oger Ltd, Saudi Binladin Group, and El Seif Engineering & Contracting Co., with Vision Company providing MEP engineering services. Johnson Controls International installed the cooling system for the campus.
