PortaFab Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification

Portafab Modular Building Systems was assessed by NSF-ISR in spring of 2010 and found to be in conformance with ISO 9001:2008 standards. ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS) that is designed to provide companies with a set of principles that ensure a systematic approach to achieving customer satisfaction. Portafab Modular Building Systems manufactures innovative, environmentally friendly modular construction products and provides technical support to architects, contractors, and developers in the construction industry.

Organized into integrated systems that streamline the construction process and provide nearly unlimited flexibility, PortaFab’s modular components are used extensively in the construction of inplant offices, modular cleanrooms, dry rooms, wall partitions, demising walls, and pre-assembled buildings. Portafab’s primary product lines include OmniFlex 300™, a cost-effective load-bearing wall system ideal for all types of modular offices, and PortaMax™ XTRA Tall wall systems for dividing plant space. Cleanroom systems include Cleanline™ for general applications, FabLine™ for the microelectronics industry and PharmaSystem™ for pharmaceutical and biotech environments.
