University of Notre Dame Completes Stinson-Remick Hall

The University of Notre Dame completed construction on the $70 million Stinson-Remick Hall in January of 2010. The 142,000-sf facility is located in Notre Dame, Ind., and houses a nanotechnology research center, an energy center, an 11,800-sf semiconductor processing and device fabrication cleanroom, and an undergraduate learning center. Research Facilities Design (RFD) of San Diego provided laboratory programming and design services for the facility. The project architect was BSA LifeStructures of Indianapolis, Ind. Ground was broken on the building in November of 2007.
