WORCESTER, MASS.
The College of the Holy Cross celebrated the opening of the $63 million Integrated Science Complex in March of 2010. Located in Worcester, Mass., the four-story facility provides 142,000 gsf of new and renovated classroom, lecture, research, and laboratory space. Designed to foster interaction and collaboration, the interdisciplinary complex includes an atrium, conference rooms, and shared equipment suites. The Integrated Science Complex is comprised of the Park B. and Linda Smith Laboratories and the renovated Haberlin Hall. LEED sustainable design certification will be sought for the complex. The project team includes architectural firm Einhorn, Yaffee & Prescott of Boston and construction manager Bond Brothers of Everett, Wash.
