NEW YORK
Alexandria Real Estate Equities completed the first phase of the Alexandria Center for Life Science in December of 2010. Located in New York City, the life science park is designed as an international hub for scientific, entrepreneurial, and commercial collaboration. The 15-story, 310,000-sf Alexandria Center will house tenants including Eli Lilly & Company, ImClone Systems, Kadmon Pharmaceuticals, and Firmenich. The core and shell building design and construction are LEED Silver certified. Future development plans at the site include a total of three buildings providing 1.1 million sf of rentable space.
