The $38-million WSU Vancouver Applied Technology Classroom Building is at the top of the list of projects that will be paid for from a $196.8-million state budget allocation signed by Gov. Chris Gregoire this month. Construction of the Applied Tech building will start this year, capitalizing on lower construction costs.
