Algoma University Breaks Ground on Bioscience Building

Algoma University broke ground in November of 2009 on the $16 million Biosciences and Technology Convergence Centre in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The 41,600-sf facility will house classrooms, labs, offices, a lecture hall, a business incubator, and space for industry partners. The building was designed by David Ellis with Mike Moore & Sons Construction performing site and foundation work. The four-story facility is slated for completion in March of 2011.
