Scripps Occupies Jupiter Campus

Scripps Research Institute will celebrate the opening of the three-building Scripps Florida campus in Jupiter on February 26, 2009. The 350,000-sf project is sited on 40 acres adjoining Florida Atlantic University and houses biomedical research laboratories, technology space, and offices. Comprised of the Molecular and Biomedical Research building, the Advanced Technologies and Administration building, and the Drug Discovery building, the project was designed by Zeidler Partnership Architects of Toronto and constructed by The Weitz Co. of Des Moines, Iowa. The laboratory building design consultant was RFD (Research Facilities Design).
