The University of Oregon is planning to construct the $65 million Robert and Beverly Lewis Integrative Science Building in Eugene. Slated for completion by 2012, the 100,000-sf interdisciplinary research and teaching building will house facilities for neurosciences, life sciences, geosciences, materials and physical sciences, and computational and information sciences. Designed to foster collaboration, the project will include shared analysis facilities, advanced imaging technologies, conference rooms, and classrooms.
