Registration Fees

Two-Day Conference

Includes all plenary sessions, selection of breakouts, a welcome reception, two lunches, one breakfast, a wine and hors d'oeuvres reception, and daily refreshment breaks. Hotel charges are paid to the hotel directly upon check-out.

Product and equipment suppliers 

  • Must sponsor or exhibit to attend this conference.

International Attendee Discount

A $250 discount will be applied to the 2-day full conference registration fee for non-U.S. residents traveling from outside the U.S. Use promo code Intl2026 at check out.

Conference Venue/Hotel

Room Rates at the Renaissance Boston Seaport District*
Per night: $329 standard room + tax (Paid directly to the hotel upon check-out.)

Government rate: GSA Prevailing rate + tax
A limited number of rooms are available (nights of 10/13, 10/14, 10/15, 10/16 only) at the prevailing government per diem rate for U.S. Federal Government Employees.  Please make your request in the Hotel Special Request section of the online registration form.

*Hotel reservations at the reduced conference rate must be made through Tradeline at the time of conference registration. 

All hotel reservations are guaranteed.
For changes or cancellations to your room reservation please notify Tradeline, in writing, at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. No-shows and cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a charge equal to one night's stay.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Tradeline, Inc. MUST receive all cancellations and changes to registrations in writing. You may make substitutions at any time; please notify us as soon as possible. Full refunds given for cancellations received 21 days or more prior to the event. A $500 service fee will be charged for cancellations received between 21 and 14 days prior. No refund will be given within 14 days of the event.
