Montierre Development will begin construction in early 2025 on The Dynasty Ocoee, a world-class destination for sport tourism in Florida. Designed by AECOM and MDSX, the 159-acre complex will feature 17 multisport fields, two hotels, and 350,000 sf of retail, restaurant, and entertainment space. A 150,000-sf indoor sports facility will leverage advanced technologies to train players to their maximum potential, including immersive simulation and smart equipment with data-tracking capabilities to provide constant feedback.
Integrating the latest athletic health and wellness science with premium amenities, The Dynasty Ocoee aims to increase sports accessibility for families, as well as supporting the local community with public field access and an inclusive playground. The approximately $1 billion development will also include an area for the Miracle League program and a mixed-use pedestrian river walk. Completion is anticipated in 2027.
