Cascadia College and the University of Washington Bothell completed construction in November of 2023 on the $79 million Innovation Hall. Located on the schools' joint campus, the 80,000-sf building offers each institution 21,500 sf of program space and 5,000 sf of shared amenities. Mithūn designed the collaborative facility to foster active and inclusive learning in biology, chemistry, computer science, physics, and electrical and mechanical engineering. Featuring a range of student gathering areas, the four-story structure houses state-of-the-art teaching and research labs, 13 classrooms, 34 faculty offices, study venues, and a central atrium.

A progressive design-build model was utilized in the delivery of Innovation Hall, which is targeting LEED Gold sustainable design certification. The project team included Research Facilities Design (RFD) as laboratory design consultant, Otak as civil engineer, KPFF as structural engineer, and Glumac as mechanical and plumbing engineer. Hargis Engineering and Affiliated Engineers (AEI) provided electrical engineering services. Consultants included 4EA Building Science, A3 Acoustics, O'Brien360, Holmes, CPP, and Studio Pacifica. ISEC supplied the laboratory equipment and casework. Lease Crutcher Lewis began construction on the development in July of 2021 and occupancy is expected in January of 2024.
