Nova Southeastern University Creates Tampa Bay Health Sciences Campus

Nova Southeastern University is building a $200 million health sciences complex in Clearwater, Fla. Ground was broken in March of 2018 on the 325,000-sf facility, which will house the colleges of osteopathic medicine, nursing, health care sciences, psychology, and education. The project team includes Baker Barrios Architects, general contractor Moss & Associates, Florida Design Consultants, Finfrock Construction, and Cox Fire Protection. Ground was broken on the facility in March of 2018 with occupancy expected in summer of 2019. The complex will replace Nova Southeastern’s existing Tampa campus.
