University of Kansas Hospital Breaks Ground on Cambridge North Patient Tower

The University of Kansas Hospital broke ground on the $280 million Cambridge North Patient Tower in March of 2015 in Kansas City. The seven-story, 300,000-sf facility will provide 92 beds, 12 operating rooms, an intensive care unit, and clinical space for neurology and surgical oncology. The project architect is Cannon Design and the general contractor is J.E. Dunn Construction. Occupancy is expected in 2017.
