University of Philadelphia Builds Center for Advanced Pediatric Care

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is building the $425 million Buerger Center for Advanced Pediatric Care in Philadelphia. The 12-story, 700,000-sf project will provide advanced outpatient clinical care facilities and will include a 14,000-sf rooftop garden, a 2.6-acre landscaped outdoor plaza, and five levels of underground parking for 1,500 vehicles. Occupancy is expected in 2015.
