Davie County, N.C.
Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is planning to construct a $100 million replacement facility for Davie County Hospital. The $79 million first phase of construction will include a 60,000-sf medical office building and a 101,000-sf outpatient center with an emergency department, a surgical clinic, and a diagnostic imaging facility. Occupancy is expected by late 2013.
