Duke University Opens Durham Cancer Institute

The $235 million Duke Cancer Institute opened in February of 2012 in Durham, N.C. The 267,000-sf center enables Duke University to consolidate specialties and facilities previously scattered across the medical campus. The seven-story building includes 140 exam rooms, 75 infusion stations, a radiation vault, and a rooftop healing garden.
