The 680,000-sf Bridgepoint Hospital is slated for completion in spring of 2014. Designed by Diamond Schmitt Architects, the $1.2 million project will include medical specialties in complex chronic disease and disability care. LEED sustainable design certification will be sought for the facility, which will feature a green roof, low-flow water fixtures, and rainwater recycling.
