Lakeland Regional Cancer Center celebrated the opening of its newly expanded facility in July of 2011. Heery International served as architectural, engineering, interior design, and environmental consultant for the 27,000-sf expansion project. The cancer center now offers additional physician offices, 26 new exam rooms, a special procedures center, light-filled lobby and waiting areas, a high-dose radiation suite, two cystology rooms, urodynamics room, resource library, boutique, healing gardens, and a cafe.
