Marysville, Calif.
Rideout Memorial Hospital will begin construction in October of 2011 on a $225 million expansion and renovation of its healthcare facility in Marysville, Calif. The project will add six floors and 215,000 sf to the existing hospital, creating a regional medical center with an expanded emergency room, a larger cancer center, and a rooftop helipad. The general contractor is Hilbers Inc. of Yuba City. The project will provide an additional 100 patient rooms and is being developed in partnership with U.C. Davis. Completion is expected by December of 2014.
