DeSales University broke ground in June of 2011 on the $27 million Gambet Center for Business and Health Care Education in Center Valley, Pa. The 77,000-sf facility will house four classrooms, a seminar room, a business trading classroom, healthcare simulation suites, and a 2,000-sf medical teaching laboratory. LEED Sustainable design certification will be sought for the project. Completion is expected in May of 2013.
