Saint Peter's College is planning to construct a $62 million student center in Jersey City, N.J. LEED Silver sustainable design certification will be sought for the six-story, 90,000-sf facility. The building will feature energy and water efficient systems, a green roof, and elevators that use recycled energy. The center will support dining, learning, fitness, and social interaction.
