Overland Park Regional Medical Center will begin construction in mid-2011 on a $121 million expansion project. A 215,291-sf tower will be constructed providing 72 private beds, endoscopy suites, and an emergency department with trauma care services. The general contractor for the project is J.E. Dunn. Overland Park Regional is operated by HCA Midwest Health System.
