Danbury, Conn.
Danbury Hospital will begin construction in January of 2012 on a $150 million tower in Danbury, Conn. The 310,000-sf facility will provide an expanded emergency department, a 30-bed critical care unit, 35 private rooms for surgical patients, a helipad, and a lobby. The project architect is the S/L/A/M Collaborative. Completion is expected in 2014.
