Banner Health will build a 40,000-sf health center in Maricopa City, Ariz. Completion of the first phase is expected in September of 2012. The facility will house 18 physician offices and will provide imaging and laboratory services. A second phase of construction will create an additional 40,000-sf building. The third phase is an outpatient surgery wing.
