Fordham University broke ground on a $250 million facility in New York in February of 2011. The 22-story, 468,000-sf building will provide nine floors for the School of Law and thirteen residential floors. The project is located on Fordham’s Lincoln Center campus and will feature a two-story atrium, courtrooms, and a law library with 562,000 volumes. The general contractor is Mayrich Construction. LEED Silver sustainable design certification will be sought for the project. Completion is expected in 2014.
