Victory Healthcare will break ground on the 95,000-sf Victory Surgical Hospital in San Antonio in November of 2011. The four-story facility will include a 14,000-sf emergency department, medical offices, and operating rooms for bariatric, orthopedic, and spinal surgery, including endoscopic neurosurgical procedures.
