LONG BEACH, Miss.
The University of Southern Mississippi will begin construction in summer of 2011 on a $10 million science building in Long Beach. Located on the Gulf Park campus, the three-story, 36,000-sf facility will provide an 80-seat classroom, nine teaching labs, research space, and faculty offices for the College of Science and Technology. The project is being designed by Allred Architectural Group. Occupancy is expected in early 2012.
