San Diego Mesa College Attains LEED Gold

San Diego Mesa College’s Allied Health Education and Training Facility was awarded LEED Gold sustainable design certification by the U.S. Green Building Council in September of 2010. The three-story, 50,000-sf facility was designed by Delawie Wilkes Rodrigues Barker with McCarthy Building Companies as construction manager. The $23 million project features efficient building systems, abundant daylighting, and a highly insulated building envelope.
