March LifeCare began construction in August of 2010 on a healthcare campus in Moreno Valley, Calif. Sited on 246 acres near the former March Air Reserve Base, the 6 million-sf campus will feature a hospital, medical offices, a continuing care retirement community, and a hotel. The project team includes architectural firm HOK and general contractor McCarthy. The first phase of development comprises 1.4 million sf of vertical construction and 1 million sf of parking.
