Inova Fairfax Hospital broke ground on the $161 million South Patient Tower in Falls Church, Va., on July 27, 2010. The 216,000-sf facility will provide 174 private patient rooms and is slated for completion in fall of 2012. LEED Silver sustainable design certification will be sought for the project.
