Rush University Medical Center Builds McCormick Center for Advanced Emergency Response

Rush University Medical Center will construct the 40,000-sf McCormick Center for Advanced Emergency Response in Chicago. Doubling the hospital’s emergency department, the project will be located in a 14-story hospital building currently under construction. Featuring an airflow system designed to isolate chemical and biological threats as needed, the center will provide 56 patient treatment bays and a disaster response center.
