University of Colorado Hospital is planning to build a second patient tower on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colo. The $400 million building will provide inpatient and emergency care, surgical suites, and diagnosis and treatment facilities. Occupancy is expected in 2013. The 720,000-sf project includes 660,000 sf of new construction and 60,000 sf of renovated space.
