Palmetto Bay, Fla.
Jackson Health System is engaged in an expansion and renovation of Jackson South Community Hospital in Palmetto Bay, Fla. Comprising 157,000 sf of new construction and 23,000 sf of renovation, the project will add 48 private patient rooms, 12 critical care beds, 20 emergency room beds, surgical suites, an outpatient facility, and a central energy plant. Completion is expected in August of 2011.
