Virginia Tech Builds Center for the Arts

Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University will break ground on an $89 million renovation and expansion of Shultz Hall in summer of 2010. The first phase of the project is comprised of a $29 million renovation to create a new Center for the Arts. Completion is expected in 2013. The second phase of the project involves construction of a $60 million addition to the facility.
