Baptist Medical Center South completed the 222,000-sf South Tower D in February of 2010. Located in Jacksonville, Fla., the eight-story facility features a 14-bed neonatal ICU, a 24-bed nursery, 10 labor and delivery suites, 48 acute care beds, four ICU beds, and a cardiology area. The project includes a new 78,000-square-foot, 1,050-space parking structure and a mechanical penthouse. The Haskell Company served as the construction manager for South Tower D and as the design/build contractor for the parking structure.
