Loma Linda University Medical Center Builds Murrieta Hospital

Loma Linda University Medical Center is partnering with Physicians Hospital of Murrieta to build a $211 million hospital complex in Murrieta, Calif. Construction began in November of 2008 on the 106-bed facility and two 120,000-sf medical office buildings. Occupancy is expected in March of 2011. The hospital will provide general, acute care, and specialty services including obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiovascular, and emergency. The project will feature six technology-rich surgical suites including a hybrid operating room with integrated imaging equipment.
