Wheeling, W.V.
Wheeling Hospital will begin construction by year-end 2009 on a $50 million tower in Wheeling, West Virginia. The seven-story, 144,000-sf project will house an emergency department, an intensive care unit, a cardiovascular ICU, a pediatric care center, and physician offices. Completion is expected by early 2012.
